An IM popped up yesterday from Mr. Schewchuck that went something like this…”Hey man, I’ve been seeing your photos all over town”. “Oh yeah? The Converse bus ads?”. “That and these Flosstradamus posters wheatpasted everwhere”. So off we drove to find one and the first block of posters we came across there was one, right up in the corner next to an Incredibad poster. We’ve made it!

Crowd @ a Girl Talk show we shot for Rolling Stone a bit ago. People get nutty.

This is one of the images we shot over the summer for a Chuck Taylor campaign on the back of a bus in Santa Monica (now people tell me they have seen them all over the city). When I saw it I felt like I did when I had my first photo published in a magazine 12 years ago since, as far as I know, it’s our first photograph traveling on the back of a moving vehicle! Travel well little photo of ours!

Last month we got to photograph Freddy Rodriguez from one of our all time favorite television shows, Six Feet Under. This was shot in our friend Sara’s kitchen.

New Year’s resolution: More editorial shoots. What’s yours?

Right before we came back east for the holidays we photographed Flosstradamus and Caroline Polachek for press for a song they collaborated on. The photos came out great and you can now download the song HERE. Happy almost new year, we had the most amazing year ever in 2008 with our new son and more work than we knew what to do with. 2009 is already shaping up to be equally amazing, even though we’ll be spending the first minutes of the new year in the air.
