This is exciting, but how do the rights work out in a situation like this. There are a number of different scenarios I can imagine, but all are intriguing, and I’m be interested in your guys’ thoughts. Thanks.
We do the press photos for directly for OK GO, it wasn’t a shoot for Spin.
Obviously, and that’s how they end up in Spin or other publications, but then does Apple need to pay for the rights when they go to use them in an ad campaign?
If it was an ad campaign then yes, but it still falls under the blanket of promotion for the band.
