I&#8217;ve been on more airplanes in the last 4 months than I have probably been on in the last 10 years.  Needless to say we haven&#8217;t had much time for the Los Angeles summer activities we have come to love so much.  So when you get a text message on Friday that says &#8220;It&#8217;s on, Waterball Sunday @ 1&#8221; and you are actually home for the weekend it&#8217;s hard to contain the excitement for 2 days.  Here&#8217;s some photos from that day.  All the regulars plus a Louise who was visiting from NY.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.day19.com\/blog\/0706\/waterball\/hannahfeet.jpg\"><br \/>\nBabel came through, with chips and beer.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.day19.com\/blog\/0706\/waterball\/babel1.jpg\"><br \/>\nThere was a lizard at the bottom of the pool when we arrived, and he wanted to get his photo taken.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.day19.com\/blog\/0706\/waterball\/farley.jpg\"><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.day19.com\/blog\/0706\/waterball\/jeremy.jpg\"><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.day19.com\/blog\/0706\/waterball\/alex.jpg\"><br \/>\nOf course, waterball happened.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.day19.com\/blog\/0706\/waterball\/dudes.jpg\"><br \/>\nWhat&#8217;s a game of WB without a broken nose and tons of bruises?<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.day19.com\/blog\/0706\/waterball\/curtisblood1.jpg\"><br \/>\nAnd for the first time ever, an all girl waterball game.
