We decided to use 4&#8243;x5&#8243; Polaroid Type 79 and shoot 1 photo each, no retouches, no retakes, and very basic color correction.  One day we hope to publish a book of all of them but for now it&#8217;s enough to just meet and photograph all these amazing people.
